Current Turnaround Times

Our current turnaround times are listed below. Times subject to change without notice based on current demand.

Order Entry and Processing: 1-2 business days

Artwork:

Artwork Revisions:

• Simple revisions: 1 business day (includes product/ink color changes)
• Full redo or start over: See Artwork times above

Production:

The production turnaround time will start when we have art approval, order approval and payment in full, or school purchase order. For school purchase orders, we need the physical purchase order by mail, or an image of the physical purchase order by fax or email. We are not able to accept just a purchase order number.

Day Counting:

• Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Current day (before 3:00 pm Central time) is Day 0
• Any request or transaction after 3:00 pm Central time will be considered occurring on the next business day
