Rush Services

We must have art approval, order approval, payment in full or image of school purchase order in order for the clock to start.

Anything after 3:00 pm Central time is considered the next business day

Standard Current Turn Times:

Screen printing: 10 business days

Embroidery: 10 business days

Rush Fees for Screen Printing and Embroidery:

1 business day: 60% of order total

2-3 business days: 50% of order total

4-5 business days: 25% of order total

6-9 business days: 10% of order total

 

Notes:

• Art and order must be approved for
• Rushes must be approved in advance by Jarrod
• Make sure to let your customer know the rush charges and they must agree to them before asking Jarrod
• If we can’t get the job done, then we will refund the rush fee
• The cutoff time for current business day (Day 0) is 2:00 pm Central Time
• So if a customer has approved art and order on a Monday before 2:00 pm, but doesn’t make payment until 4:00 pm, then Tuesday is Day 0, and 1-day rush would be due on Wednesday
• This applies to camp orders as well
• Some products may not be available for rushes
• 1 and 2 day rushes can only come from S&S Olathe

 

Examples:

1. Customer calls in Monday morning wanting order by Thursday
1. We get rush art request turned in and order entered
2. Customer approves order Monday afternoon and makes payment
3. Art is back on Tuesday morning and customer wants revision
4. We revise artwork and get to customer at 1:00 pm; customer doesn’t approve until Tuesday at 4:00 pm
5. This will now be considered a one day rush
2. Customer calls in Tuesday at 2:15 pm and wants order by Friday
1. It’s a reorder so art is already approved
2. Customer approves order and faxes school PO over on Tuesday at 3:00 pm
3. This will be considered a two day rush
3. Customer calls in Thursday at 9:00 am and wants shirts by Friday
1. Rush art request is turned in is ready by 12:00 pm
2. Customer approves art, order, and makes payment at 1:00 pm
3. This is a one day rush

The production turnaround time will start when we have art approval, order approval and payment in full, or school purchase order. For school purchase orders, we need the physical purchase order by mail, or an image of the physical purchase order by fax or email. We are not able to accept just a purchase order number.
